Connect your QuickBooks

For Crestmoor clients. It takes about two minutes, and you never share your password with us.

  1. Sign in to your Crestmoor page

    Use the invite we sent you.

  2. Tap "Connect QuickBooks"

    You'll go to Intuit's own sign-in page. Sign in there and pick your company.

  3. Tap "Connect" on Intuit's page

    You're sent back to your Crestmoor page. Done.

  4. Optional: connect Jobber or Housecall Pro

    Same idea: follow the steps on your Crestmoor page. We only read your jobs, invoices and payments.

Good to know

  • Your books stay in your own QuickBooks account.
  • You can disconnect any time: in your Crestmoor page, or in QuickBooks under Settings → Apps (Apps → My apps), choose Crestmoor and disconnect. Or email hello@crestmoorbookkeeping.ca.
