Common questions
How do I know my transaction count?
Count the lines on last month's bank and credit card statements, or give us a rough guess when you get started. We'll confirm it together. Most owner-operators fit Solo.
What if I get busier?
If you go over your plan's limit two months in a row, we move you up a plan. You get 30 days' notice by email first. A single busy month doesn't change your price.
What if I have more accounts than my plan allows?
Your plan is set by whichever limit you reach first: transactions or accounts. More than 5 accounts? We'll quote a Custom plan.
My books are behind. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up is a flat price for each month behind: CA$75 (Solo), CA$100 (Starter) or CA$150 (Standard).
Do I need new software?
No. You keep your QuickBooks Online, plus Jobber or Housecall Pro if you use them. Your summary opens on your phone.
Do you do tax returns?
We file GST and PST. Your personal or corporate year-end return stays with whoever does it now. On Standard, we hand them a tidy year-end package.
